  This achievement requires you to just claim a base on the new Trumbull Valley map.
  
  Just start a new community on Green and skip the tutorial. You'll spawn right next to the starter base that has a couple containers in the front. Head inside and kill the couple zombies that are there and then run over to the flag icon to claim the base. Only takes about 1 minute. Extremely easy.

  You can also simply switch to this map from another survivor group. If so you’ll instantly control the base and it’ll instantly pop.

  how to get the second achievement? I completed a new map, but did not receive "You're So Fine You Blow My Mind" achievement

  It popped for me as soon as i entered the new map. I didn't even have to claim a base or kill anything. Easy enough. Ty.
