A full playthrough is required to 100% this game. None of the achievements are missable, they are all level based.
This achievement will unlock after completing the thirteenth level, Button Glutton. When building a path, make sure you include the circular flashing icons. The spirits will freeze on the spot, and then start to move again once all the buttons have been touched, resulting in the door being unlocked and completing the level.
