All arrest and kill achievements can be knocked out quickly whilst going for the below achievement for clearing all (5) Bandit Lairs. You can either repeat the same lair over and over, or try to do this organically by mixing up kills/arrest/snuffboxes incapacitations regularly at the 5 lairs (better option in my opinion).
I recommend you do it early at bandit lairs, as you can then skip all story fights and save a couple of hours off your completion! For this achievement, you need to incapacitate 25 enemies and arrest them. You must complete the encounter (i.e. the bandit lair in question) for them to track, so don't reload the lair or back out mid-fight.
The fighting mechanics in this game are very weird, but you're given a (bad) tutorial on how to do this properly early on during the main story, at the police station. In layman's terms, to arrest an enemy you must:
1 - Shoot an environmental/equipment item (yellow whilst aiming) or shoot off their armour (blue whilst aiming) to 'stun' them. You can also use a snuffbox if there is nothing around by pressing RB, although you need to have this fully charged.
2 - Approach them with A when they have a circle above their head
3 - Complete the arrest QTE (push your analog stick into the circle, then spam the on-screen button 4 times).
Rinse and repeat over and over until you have 25. Most bandit lairs have 10-15 enemies, making this very doable alongside 'Daredevil'. Overall, shooting an enemies hat or armour (do arms/legs first, then hat) instantly puts them in stun, and is quicker than using the environment. Some enemies without any armour or equipment you need to use environmental stuns on.
After unlocking this achievement, do it another 15 times for.
