    You need


    - X-Pac Mortar
    - Incinerator
    - Pinch Rifle
    - Bolt Sniper
    - Reaper Cannon

    The hardest is probably the Incinerator. You can hack then kill, or shoot with electric arrows, the fire Ceph so they don't self-destruct when you kill them. I read you melee them to death too, but I found just hacking them and killing them the easist.
