You can get this at the VERY start of the second level, Welcome to the Jungle. Put on the airburst arrow. There is a deer right in front of you as the level starts. Be sure to shoot him before you move too far forward and it runs away. You can always reload this level later and try, or if you want try in later in a playthrough there are some more deer on level 3 just after
