The Candlemaker is an NPC that you will encounter in the Wyrd. The encounter takes the form of a house, which will have in the description as you approach about how their are candles holding back the Wyrd. Interact with it and talk to the candlemaker, then when available,. ask him to join the village. You will then be able to buy and upgrade Wyrdcandles, using Tallow, which is obtained by burning Wyrdcandles.
