  The secrets are Golden Skulls and there are 10 total hidden throughout the game. This Secret can be found in Act 1, The Dark Before The Dawn, Special Delivery. Make your way to the end of the level and when facing the safe room turn to your left and you should see a stack of pallets and the secret will be on top of them.

  - This Skull can be found on a cargo shelf found really close to the ending safe room

  Hi Everyone
  
  Secrets are golden skull like trophy things, you need to interact with them by pressing x to unlock the achievement. There are 10 in the game in total.
  
  This particular secret is located in Act 1 - Special Delivery. It is opposite the safe room on wooden pallets
