The best way to do this is is to find a boosting partner.
Now to setup, go to online and choose player profile, and change your region to Japan and have your partner do the same as no one is ever playing in this region and you're guaranteed to find your partner almost immediately when searching in quick play.
One person should start by walking off the map 4 times until they lose, doing this will make the match about 30 seconds long. Now go back and matchmake again but this time the other person walking off the map 4 times.
Rinse and repeat this until you've played 10 matches and unlocked your achievement.
