  Very similar to previous Far Cry games but I found this one more difficult, especially near the start of the game.
  It was a lot easier when you unlock Boom Boom, which is your third amigo and is a stealth dog.
  Pick a relatively low level base, I took a level 3 one, a tv station and just let the dog do most of the work. Aim at a bad guy and press right on the d pad to let your amigo take them out. Usually one or two hits on each enemy and they are down.
  The only person I had to head shot was a sniper who was in an upstairs room, if you crouch up the stairs and open the door, they were facing the other way, pop, job done.

  ^Yes, after beating the main story (or capturing all the FND bases?) You can manually abandon any of them to reset.
  
  Also insurgency system will reset a region temporarily each week but manually abandoning one worked for me!

  Also of note, if you do happen to get detected or trigger an alarm while trying to capture an FND base stealthily, you can pause your game and load your last autosave, which resets you back to the outside of the base you're trying to capture. Did this a few times before I was able to successfully unlock this achievement.

  You first need to complete Triada quests before you get the stealth supremo. After that, you'll then need to capture an FND base without being detected. The stealth supremo will come in handy as you'll see enemies through walls and shoot through them. Furthermore, Oluso can easily takedown enemies as long as you remain undetected, especially when capturing an FND base. Achievement/trophy pops upon capturing an FND base and if you were undetected.

  I got this on the first base on the main island - Cortina Weather Station (it's in the south west corner of Costa Del Mar)
  
  You only really need a sniper rifle (I used the Yaran SR-A. the first one you get) with a good scope (8x) & a decent silencer (not the Resolver Supressor, I used the American)
  
  There's a hill across from the front, crouch on that, get your phone out and tag the visible enemies - the sniper on the roof is a good first target, then work your way around the enemies and MAKE SURE you hit head shots! THAT is the most important thing to getting this achievement early in your play-through
