  Kumubou's method is probably easiest; however, those wanting an alternate method can also meet Unlimited Ragna in Arcade mode.
  
  Set the rounds to 1, difficulty to beginner, and time limit to infinite. Pick the character you're best with, and proceed to go through story mode like normal, making sure you win ten times by distortion finish. If you miss, or fail to finish off your opponent, let them beat up on you until you have less than 20% health, at which your heat guage will start to slowly decrease. That should give you one more opportunity to try again.
  
  Once you defeat Nu, you should immediately proceed into a match with Unlimited Ragna. BE WARNED! He's no slouch, even on beginner! One of his distortion drives can nearly sap away all your health while fully restoring his, so do your best to stay away from him. Defeat him to pop the achievement.

  Can you lose a match and continue with this method? OR should I use a 2nd controller to save me if I'm going to die?

  as this solution is missing some things ill post em here. first of all when you have less than 20% hp your heat INCREASES.
  you must win every fight by distortion, if you lose you have to start over. 2nd controller helps with this.
  when you do get to unlimited ragna, you cant lose against him or you have to start over, again a 2nd controller will save you from this.

  Achievement is: Welcome to the Azure Nightmare -- [ARCADE / SCORE ATTACK] Defeated "Unlimited" Ragna, and obtained the power of darkness.
  
  Interestingly enough, Ragna would fight Unlimited Ragna at the end of his single player game in the arcade version, but they took that out here for whatever reason -- so you can only fight him at the end of Score Attack. See the solutions for Leonidas for for more information about that, but I have two protips:
  
  1) Plug a second controller in before starting Score Attack, and if you come close to losing hit start on the second controller so you get challenged by another player. Once you finish that fight, it drops you back at the beginning of the fight you were on.
  
  2) I preferred Nu, and she's probably easier to beat Unlimited Ragna with than Jin since she can just spam her drive attacks change at max range, and he won't be anywhere close to hit you.

  Here's my guide, exactly what I did:
  
  Choose Tager. Use the regular gamepad instead of a stick so you can use the right analog stick. With Tager, I kept pushing right on the analog stick, then after the first hit, press up. If you do this correctly, you will break the opponents down to low power, so you can press left on the right stick and get the distortion finish. I used pretty much the same exact thing on every character including unlimitted Ragna, with no problems (other than accidentally finishing some of them without a distortion driver, so I had to start over).
  
  Also, you CAN use a 2nd controller in arcade mode to interrupt a potential loss, or if you blew your distortion driver and it didn't hit. This was a VERY easy achievement to get using this method, which was a combination of a couple of the others that I saw.
