    I was unable to control the Sprint around him. Maybe due to the fact that it Was upgraded already.
    So I did it with stomp attach cn_A followed by cn_B. But seems also possible with just cn_RT

    PS most times He is just in the middle of the village.

    I did this after I unlocked the SmurfoSprint

    Go to the village where Papa Smurf is and start sprinting with cn_X around him (get as close to him as you can), after a few seconds he will start coughing and fanning himself with his hands. The achievement unlocks immediately after this animation.
