This achievement can be unlocked after you have gone to bed for the second time.
Leave your house, go east to the t-junction, go east again, and at the crossroad, go south. You'll notice a small path to the west, so go down it. you'll see a toolbox next to an electrical box. Examine the electrical box for this achievement.
