The Goliath race event is unlocked through expanding the main "Mexico!" (Mainstage) Festival site in Horizon Adventure.

The race event is 34 miles/54.5km long and is found on the East Coast of the map, next to the "Mexico 21/Playa Azul" text box.

Edit: for this achievement, you have to complete and win the main, default Goliath and not an EventLab event as these won't count towards the unlock.

KinectKid333For those wondering about how long it will take to complete the Goliath, it took me around 11.5 minutes in an X class car (but probably around 15 minutes if you include rewinds laugh Choosing something slightly slower would have probably given a faster RTA time)

PirS92Got the cheevo , my time is 11m 49s with McLaren Senna .
If difficulty is too hard swap “damages” to cosmetic only before starting the race. It won’t affect nor the achievements nor the final bonus (%Cr for winning) at all according to my personal experience . Car won’t steer properly anymore once you reach the 70-75% of the track since tires get deteriorated if you have damages set to “simulation”. I strongly believe it’s like this , I tried twice and first time got screwed up because of this issue but once I changed this setting I got the victory “in no time” . Ha

Mr FiddlerWas initially confused as to why this didn't unlock for me, but it turns out I was mixing up the Colossus and Goliath events! facepalm
