Have access to the "microwave" and the hacking tool recipe

Bobocell battery $5 (buy at home apartment complex, you'll see why in a bit)
F.M. Transmitter $10 (bought next to the tunnel to work)
Rolopaste $6 (again best bought at the home apartment complex)
To save time buy these after a shift going from the pawn shop where you got the transmitter to the vendor in the home apartment complex (first floor hallway). Go up to your apartment, put all the items into the "microwave" once it's done head down stairs to the same vendor you got the glue and battery from, now attach the hacking device and you MUST COMPLETE the hack to get credit. Move the reticle to the green button as they light up and press RB.
Once you finish the hack you'll get your achievement.
