The achievement is mostly self explanatory the only catch is you must find 3 health boosters within a single level or it doesn't count. Just use your infernal vision as much as possible to search for them and you should have no problem. Look for the orbs shaped like the one in the achievement image as the other orbs simply refill your health but don't increase it. Same strategy applies to the mana booster achievement.
