  Actions

  Pelican Down mission. This helped me on heroic. South of the objective marker on the right hand side there is a broken structure with multiple levels. You can grapple up and shoot the upper level boss and have cover. I had the battle rifle and had to hop down and there is a decent amount of ammo close by.

  Once you defeat the top level enemy I focused on the enemy in the vehicle. Close by there is a warthog parked I was able to use the MG on the back and take it out from a distance. Hop off the ledge and take right around the corner into the broken structure. Warthog located at the end. It was able to kill the second boss pretty quick on heroic. If you get into danger you can run back up to the original area and continue shooting from a far.
  
  There is a rocket launcher in the middle that the other posted solution, but this was a safer route for me.

  As someone who did it on legendary, I'd just like to give a big personal up yours to the devs of this boss fight.
  Now that that's out of the way, in the building across from the brother up above, there's a rocket launcer and if you poke the boss enough he'll fly over to your platform where you can use it on him well, pick up his weapon and then decimate the adds that spawn. Just good luck with the 2nd brother....

  Bugged cheev. I beat these 2 a few months back, didn't even realise there was a cheev for doing it.

  Happily once you've done this you can make a decent chunk of progression in relative peace

  SPOILER WARNING
  
  After completing the Banished Anti-Air mission, you will be directed to right 2 Banished warlord brothers. I personally found killing Tovarus first was the best move. Nearby Tovarus, not on his little tower there are rocket launchers and a Hydra. These will help you greatly on Legendary.

  Here's my video for this achievement, done on legendary. I'll show you a trick on how to easily beat Hyperius!!!
  Check it out :) Just a note clear the area first of the small guys and I dont show much of Tavarus as I found him very easy to deal with if left for the end.
