This achievement is super simple, as the Threat Sensor doesn't have to be upgraded and it doesn't even need to detect anything. If you want get this out of the way you can simply stand in one spot and launch it over and over after the cooldown expires.

Once you have the Bandana skull, load one of your saves with it that skull active. This removes the cool down for equipment. Then just keep pressing the button to use the Treat Sensor over and over until this achievement pops. That's it! Also works great for all the other equipment achievements.

This achievement is pretty simple to do, once you unlock the threat sensor which is shortly before you will face off against Chak ‘Lok.

Then you will need to hit " Right on the D-Pad" to open the equipment selector menu. Now press the direction on the "D-pad" that corresponds with the piece of equipment you want to use.

Then press "RB" to fire the equipment, wait for it to recharge and repeat.
