You'll first need to find the new Meadows biome, which looks somewhat like this:
They can be found at the 'lower level' of a mountain. You can identify a Meadow biome by it's distinctive teal grass color and plentiful amounts of flowers.
You'll also need a jukebox, which is crafted with eight wooden planks and one diamond, and any kind of music disc. Simply place the jukebox and music disc within the boundaries of the Meadow biome and the achievement will eventually pop. It was a little delayed for me, took around 20 seconds for it to appear.
