  Dig straight down as far as you can (y=-64), and put some water at the bottom. Then, build a giant pillar next to the hole to the build limit (y=320). Then just jump from the top of the pillar to the bottom of the hole.

  Had a gravel block accidentally fall so 320 to -61 worked for me too

  FYI -60 did NOT work for me, I had to do it over with -61.

  If you have an Xbox Live Gold or a Minecraft Realms membership, you can go into realms online, which are created by Minecraft players. With the new title update, this Dubai Trophies Realm includes the Caves and Cliffs: Part 2 area. You can either go to the teleporters near the base game achievements area to teleport to the Caves and Cliffs Part 2 area, or just use the speed pads that make you go really fast to go all the way to the end.

  There would be teleporters that will teleport you to a place where you can get that specific achievement in the achievement areas. The descriptions to earn the achievements in the realm are in English and Arabic.

  What you need:
  5 stacks of any building block (320)
  1 Bucket of Water
  1 Pickaxe
  Optional: Elytra
  
  Process:
  Did a hole straight down thats 2 blocks wide to avoid dropping in lava. You need to go at least down to -61.
  Put water at the bottom and build yourself straight up until you hit 320. Then move slightly forward towards the deep drop you created and don´t touch the left analog while falling.
  You should fall straight down hugging the pillar you created into the water you left behind and achievement is yours.
  
  Extra:
  If you have Elytra equipped slowly tap "A" while you fall to also unlock
