You will need 2 pieces of the goliath armour then go find a wolf, troll or an enemy you can't parry normally. Hope this helps

I got it on purple silverback troll in teeth of naros dlc. When you go to world map look at the dlc map look for pteryx eyries on the map, to the left of that is a dead end troll is there.

You obtain the Goliath Armor pieces in the side quest called The Giant Killer where you have to kill a Root Golem, an Ice Troll, a Prismere Troll, and a Jottun Runelord. Killing each of them will give you an armor piece when you loot them.

^ The above should be added to the solution. It should also be noted to even equip pieces of the Goliath armor you will need to have at least 35 Might and/or Universalist as your chosen Destiny.
