  Here's a video walkthrough, presuming you already have the achievement for becoming evil, and have already done that. If you have not, here's a video! :)
  
  

  
  Anyways, here's what you have to do in my walkthrough after becoming evil:
  
  - Start a quest in the Shores of Upel to burn down all 3 villages.
  - Start a quest in Kastski where you would kill a skeleton, but befriend the skeleton instead.
  - Go to the bottom left of Valeshire and kill the mini-boss in the basement to get the downwards strike ability.- - Go to Darsov, walk to the left, and start the quest where you will kill the possessed priest.
  - Go to the second hideout at mount Kastka.
  - Teleport Joan and Timothy from in Kastski.
  - Help the woman's husband in the underground house in Darsov, turning him into a demon.
  - Talk to your friend, the skeleton, again; in Kadjanto Peak.
  - Start a quest in the third hideout to kill Tancred on the Shores of Upel. You won't, but sink his boat with the - - Start the quest in the third hideout and teleport Julius from Darsov's chapel.
  - Start the assault on Darkov - Kill Tancred and Robert
  - Beat the ultimate evil boss.

  The videos leave it out, but you will need to need to speak to the 2nd red cultist in the Arkos hideout and complete his quest before the Kastka hideout let you proceed.

  Followed the evil walkthrough, got it, burned all villages, befriended the skeleton, priest doesn't show up outside darsov...can't get quest from second hideout. Any thoughts?

  This is basically the reverse of the ultimate good playthrough.
  
  Go through the game doing as many evil deeds as you can. Talk to all the people and guardsmen that you can find and screw them over wherever possible. Helping out the bad guys like the vagabonds near James shop and troublemakers on the bridge. Burn down towns and flood towns when asked and murder anyone that you are asked to. Most of these are pretty self-explanatory but a few of the more ambiguous ones include:
  
  Kill the villager at the start.
  Speak to the monster in the cage near Arkos. He will escape and kill a bunch of people.
  Spare the blue skeleton hiding in the house to the east. He will kill the woman who you get the quest from.
  
  Once you have done enough evil deeds, a man in red will appear in Arkos. He will give you access to the cult hideout so go in there and do all the quests they give you that will involve summoning demons from sacrifices (you will need the teleport spell). Once you have done the first one you will officially become "evil". You can now burn down all the save shrines by saving at them. Once you have completed each hideout they will send you to the next and keep going until you are done with all 3 hideouts. You will then be invited to go meet the cult leader. He will start a quest to attack Darsov.
  
  Once this is all done you can kill the cult leader to take the Necronomicon. You should then go and finish the game as normal by going to the final dungeon but instead of fighting the usual boss, you will be taken to a new super hard final boss that takes the form of a flying shooter level. Kill him to pop the achievement.
