Get a 5 combo at anypoint, easily obtained in the first few minutes of play, during the first fight with some thugs immediately after jokers escape. You'll fight three thugs while on screen it says "(X) Strike" and another three when it says "(Y) Counter". You can just keep hitting X until you get it. Easy as 1-to-5.

Also please note that Counters increase your combo, so don't go thinking Strikes are the only way. |
