This achievement is not likely to occur naturally through the course of playing.
The easiest way to obtain this achievement is to get a partner (must be level 50 or above) and enter an invite-only session with them. Once you're in an invite only session with your partner, ensure that your character is holding cash. If you do not, you can visit any ATM or you can use your phone by pressing 'up' on the direction pad and select your internet app. From there, select Maze Bank and you can withdraw from your account. There is no specific amount required, so any selection here will do. Once you have done this and have cash available, have your partner use their phone to call Lamar Davis. When doing so, they will have the option to "Call Mugger." Your partner will select this option.
Once that is complete, simply wait for the thief to mug you. After that has happened, kill the thief and retrieve the cash stolen from you. Achievement complete!
