The planes required for this are:

A-20G
B-17G
Blenheim Mk IV
Hurricane Mk II
P-51B
P-51D-5
Spitfire Mk II
Spitfire Mk IX
Spitfire Mk XVI

Tips

Before attempting this, I advise completing the campaign first, on any difficulty. This will unlock the majority of the single missions, many of which, by completing them, will unlock planes.

The single missions can also be completed on any difficulty. I would advise to complete all of these first as well before even attempting to get Soviet aircaft expert in IL-2 Sturmovik: Birds of Prey, Allied aircaft expert in IL-2 Sturmovik: Birds of Prey, and Axis aircaft expert in IL-2 Sturmovik: Birds of Prey.

Also, boost the online. And yes, I said boost. You will NEVER, EVER unlock everything without boosting. I have run across exactly 3 randoms in my year of on/off boosting this. The community is dead folks. Anyhow, boost the online to unlock all of the planes at the very least before attempting this.

Why do I suggest all of that? If you go for any of the achievements related to winning a mission/match with X faction's aircraft before completing the story or single missions or unlocking them online, and you DON'T keep an accurate list, you're going to end up reusing planes, wasting time.

How to Get This Done Quick
Set up a single match against a single Po-2, with Anti-Aircraft set to Friendly. Any altitude, any map. Start at the top of the list I have posted here, and work your way down. All you have to do is kill the lone Po-2 and you win! That will count as a match. Move on to the next plane, and repeat. The achievement will pop on the stats screen after you have flown the final plane you needed for the unlock.

A-20G, B-17G, and Blenheim Mk IV Kills
Only slightly less annoying than the Po-2. The B-17G is loaded with machine gun turrets. The A-20G doesn't have nearly as many but still packs a punch. The Blenheim Mk IV doesn't have hardly any either. Simply fly underneath the enemy Po-2, going the same direction, until you get out ahead of it and your gunners are firing at it. Keep the speed as close as possible to the Po-2 and try to follow it's path as best you can. Eventually it will go down, nabbing you the kill.

Completing this achievement with my method will put you part of the way towards
Test pilot in IL-2 Sturmovik: Birds of Prey

*Do note that you might end up knocking some of these out while boosting the online. You can choose to keep track of these if you'd like, but it is not necessary. It may be best not to keep track; you must complete a single mission with each aircraft anyhow to unlock Test pilot in IL-2 Sturmovik: Birds of Prey.
