  This cheevo will be awarded for completing all story missions in "Episode V: The Empire strikes back"
  This is story related and therefore unmissable.
  The story missions are;
  1. Hoth and cold
  2. Assault on Echo base
  3. Never tell me the odds
  4. Hibernation station
  5. Revelations
  
  No need for a detailed walk-through of each level as its fairly simple and linear, plus there are plenty of marker points to the next objective.

  At the moment there not much you can do, the game is known to be glitchy as hell for cheevo unlocks.
  Only thing I can suggest at moment is to replay each story again or wait until the game is patched and hope it unlocks retroactively.
  I've heard a lot of the story complete cheevos struggle to unlock im afraid.

  Did not unlock. Had this problem with Ep.5 and Ep.8
