  To get this achievement you need to wear disguises the first time you get to use them is on episode IV A New Hope.
  
  There is a really easy method I found all you need to do is pick up the full outfit from clone troopers and press or to switch character, once you have switched you will need to shoot the armour off the other character, this will drop it on the floor allowing you to pick it up and complete the disguise again then just repeat this process and the achievement will pop.

  This is where you start Episode IIV. Progress far enough to get access to the Galaxy Map then return to Tuanul Village.

  If you're in free play, you can simply change your character after putting it on and they'll drop their clothes. More efficient than shooting them imo.

  A fantastic place to farm this is in Theed Hanger on Naboo.
  
  When you arrive on Naboo from space you'll be in the hanger, when you go to exit the hanger you'll have to go through a small room, that separates the outside from the large hanger interior.
  
  This room has a clothes rack on either end with a hat rack in the center, destroying each of these will give you once piece of clothing for the Naboo Security disguise required for a puzzle close by.
  
  Now change to any Hero character and equip all 3 pieces to complete the disguise.
  
  Now simply press to open the character menu and change to any other Hero character, this will cause all 3 pieces to be unequipped onto the floor near you.
  
  Now just re-equip all the pieces and keep on going till you've done it enough times.

  First mission/first World (free play)
  
  Make sure you find a full disguise as a hero class.
  
  1: wear the disguise
  2: swap hero via character sheet
  3: equip the armour again as it will be on the floor.
  4: repeat steps 1 through 3
