Summary - I got an early copy of the game from 8BitLegit. I discovered a dev mode cheat and you can use it to get the achievements much easier.
Go to Passwords and enter:
#DEV!?VED.This activates Dev Mode. From here you can adjust your inventory, upgrades, difficulty, and save checkpoint.
Go to > Config Item/Boss FlagsChange everything to
YES. Leave all bosses at
NO. This just flags the bosses as completed and does NOT trigger the achievements.
Next you want to load up the correct save for each boss on Very Easy.
To do this, go to > Config Start Difficulty . Switch it to Very Easy, and you can load up any checkpoint you want! I made a Video Guide below with Timestamps for each boss!
