    Here is my achievement guide, for every single achievement in Turnip Boy Commits Tax Evasion.
    All of the achievements are ordered and have chapters attached in the video.

    For this achievement, you will need to beat several bosses, until you require a shovel to get into the bunker.

    - Go northwest of the starting area, to the potato guarding the graveyard. Go in.
    - Go north, then west.
    - In this third graveyard area is a note on a gravestone in the upper left area. Tear it up.

    Once you get access to the graveyard when you get tasked with getting a shovel to break open a hatch, you have to solve some of the pumpkins riddles to continue or else you will be reset to the beginning.
    Just ask the pumpkin for instructions its really simple.
    On one of the gravestones in the level will be letter just go up the the gravestone and read, then rip it up and the cheevo is yours.
    Technically missable but its not that easy to miss if you keep an eye out.
