  • Report Solution

  You need to go to the West Quarter Entrace. Once inside, walk forward until you see a staircase on your right. Walk up and follow the path to the next entrance. It's a condo. Interact with the guy on the couch wearing VR goggles for an achievement.
  
  Next interact with the Blue Monitor for the next puzzle. This one is also randomized. You must create a circle of electricity to solve the puzzles. To do this you will need to adjust the 6 knobs until it's a circle
