There actually isn't that much to this achievement. You start the game in Kansas. Once your on the second area (you will know cause you will come to a loading screen), go ahead and do the first hunt of this area. It will then tell you to "go to the second valley"

Once it says this start making your way over there and you will come to a little fork in the road. To the right you might notice is the second valley which your supposed to be going to.

Go to the left and you will begin a little pheasant hunt and after you have killed all the pheasants you need you will get this achievement.
