-- Before you read this, I'd just like to advise you NOT to do hard difficulty on your first playthrough! --

The differences I've noticed from Hard and the other two difficulties, is that on hard..

*There is no alert for performing a counter (squiggle above the enemies' heads). This can be annoying and forces you to have to guess when to press the counter button.
*There are more enemies in certain areas of the game/bosses.
*The men pack more of a punch and take double the amount of time to kill.
*The bosses are generally more hostile but I don't think their health changes from normal difficulty.

ALOT of the bosses on Hard difficulty seem almost impossible. I note in particular, the 'plant lady' (not named for spoiler purposes xD). Just try to dodge her attacks, then quick-throw a batarang (tap left trig), then immediately dive again. Use triple batarang to stun her minion enemies. Most importantly, BE PERSISTANT! Good luck. ;]

How to do the last level:

If you get stuck on the joker level (the final bit where you're in an arena with helicopters circling and Joker as a beast), then struggle no more.

At the beginning, he'll attack you in hand to hand. You are powerless to his attacks at the moment, so just keep running around until he sends his men in to attack to.

Kill all the men that attack, batarang any 'moving bombs' then quickly whip out your ultra batclaw and wait for Joker to turn around and pose to the helicopters. You'll get the ability to shoot his back and pull him down.

When you manage to pull him down, run up to him and punch him a few times till he gets up. Repeat this whole process 3 times and the achievement (s) will pop when he goes unconscious!

*note for hard difficulty
You can batarang the 'moving bombs' that Joker throws down to stun other enemies. You can also use the combo move 'Throw' to throw enemies into the electric fence area.
