It looks like what this actually means is winning with any celebration/victory emote other than the default 'plinth drop' one. They can be earned in the premium fame pass rewards or bought in the shop where they rotate in and out for the premium currency. Fair to say this is a very pay-to-earn achievement right now.

If you're a free player this will probably be your last achievement. It's possible by earning enough premium currency through the free fame pass awards, but it'll take a long while. 700 showbucks is generally the lowest they get sold at, or you can work towards them in the paid fame pass for 600 (Jan/Feb 2024's fame pass has a celebration at level 3).

With season 4 being made up of several smaller "fame passes" this should be achievable even to a brand new player within 4 to 5 months without having to spend any money. Each fame pass lasts for around 6 weeks and if the first two are anything to go by they each give 2x 100 Showbucks rewards for free - the first being available early on and the other towards the "end" (level 40, although after that you can continue to earn crown shards, but the proper content of each pass dries up at level 40). So after 3 of these smaller passes you could have 600 Showbucks, and very early into the 4th pass you could have 700, which seems to be the going rate for a custom celebration.

To add on to Stevo’s post, the last two Fame Passes have had a “celebration” as a level reward, and the fame pass itself only costs 600 Showbucks

So I’d suggest that once you get 600 check the game pass for what you need as you might not need to wait for one to cycle into the store

Just to clarify, the creator made rounds also work for the achievement, so if you don't want to try to go for a full show, you can finish one of those and it will unlock.

I stopped playing for over a year thinking they would and they never have. I came back to find all my customizations and 400 showbucks were gone. I messaged support and they said they couldnt help me because of "discrepancies" and "security reasons". So i played the last few passes and in a couple days ill have 600 showbucks, so i can finally finish this game and never play it again.

The current fame pass is ideal because it has a celebration unlock at lvl3.

Custom punchline in the store today! Costs 700 show bucks. I'm in the UK so I don't know if its the same for everyone but worth checking

As others have stated this is actually very doable for free now. Just takes a little time as you will have to play enough to rack up at least 600 showbucks from free passes. Once you have that you can buy a basic fame pass with a celebration in it, play till you unlock it, then equip it and win any match. With the addition of solos chill, that shouldnt be a problem for anyone.
