3 1 0Actions Report Solution These are all over the game, including new ones each time you return to any of your bases in the story. To find these in levels, the best way is when ever there's a path off in a different direction then an objective, check it out. There are also a couple hidden around the levels just behind boxes. There's many more than 125 dossiers. Also unlocking alternate outfits for all the playable characters (usually by beating up 50 enemies) will give you a dossier each.Guide not helping?
