  This one is tricky but doable, use the Shotgun alternative ammo. The one that shoots shrapnel on fire, it's even easier if you haven't updated this type of ammo since the fire has more spread.
  Just shoot to the floor in front of enemies and they'll get closer by themselves to the fire and die, don't shoot them directly 'cause the blast will kill them and it won't count towards the achivement.
  Fire has to kill the enemy, not the Shotgun blast.

  I can't get this one to pop.
  
  I killed about 50 enemies using the shotgun alt fire, making sure to shoot the ground and have them run into the fire, but the achievement didn't pop.
  
  I then switched to trying the rocket punch and again, I killed about 50 enemies with the fire but it still didn't pop.
  
  It's kinda annoying, cos this is the last achievement I have left to unlock.
  
  EDIT - I got it to pop tonight after killing about 6 more enemies with fire. I dunno if you have to kill a specific enemy type or it's just not tracking 100% right, but yeah; I definitely killed way more than 20 enemies with fire.

  Yeah, there seems to be something off about it. Personally, I think if anyone is having trouble with it. Perhaps try grinding it out on a Big Enemy (One with a life bar) and let them die from the burn itself.
  
  That's the only thing I can think of if it's still not popping for people.

  Rocket punch worked perfectly. After Close Call, I used it to kill the warriors on foot, then kept reloading the checkpoint. Thanks guys!

  Thanks to ox0 Shad0w 0xo for the private message. I tried for hours to get this and the "Eagle-eyed" achievement. Here's the quote and I hope it helps others:
  
  

  So I was like you and tried forever the "Eagle-Eye" and "The Heat is On" achievements. This is what worked for me and hopefully helps you to. For the "Eagle-Eye" achievement normal bullets from human enemies do not seem to count at all. It is only the single projectile attacks (mainly from the Ancients) that have to be deflected back and hit the enemy. Personally got that achievement against the first boss doing a "perfect defend" against his sword wave projectile attack and deflecting it back causing him damage. Now for "The Heat is On" I could only make progress using the Rocket Charge attack (the one where you sprint and charge it up turning into a fire attack) against the Ancients. Shotgun Shrapnel didn't work for me. Anyway I hope I explained this well and you get your achievements! Good luck!

  I got this with the shrapnel ammo with the shotgun. That ammo will set enemies on fire. It doesn't seem to count if the shotgun blast itself kills them. It seems to be that they must die from the fire specifically. Weaker enemies will die too quickly so try it on slightly tougher enemies so they survive the shotgun blast but die from the fire.
