This is done on the 2nd to last level "Close Call". This is cumulative over multiple playthroughs. Once you get into the vehicle part way through the level, you can hit
to fire missiles. Simply destroy 5 total vehicles. I destroyed 4 on my initial run and then used stage select to be play the level again and got the achievement on the next enemy vehicle.
