  Also, to clarify, this is not the FROLIC BOAT, correct? Just making sure since I haven't seen the fishing boat yet.

  UPDATE: Correct.
  The FISHING BOAT is after the ANCIENT MONUMENT (the pointing hand).

  Thank you!! What happened to me was, I did all of the decks plus the stairs and was wondering why the achievement wasn't unlocking. The walkthrough for this game doesn't list exactly what needs to be done in order to unlock the achievement. While still in game, I went to "Manage My Games & Apps" and deleted my local save from "Console", I then rebooted the game so it would resync my last cloud save, and when I came back only the Main Deck was finished, so all I had to do was clean the Bow + Stairs and the achievement unlocked. Thanks again mate! :)

  If you mess up it will probably take longer but once you've finished a mission or if you've completed the campaign, you can go into freemode and replay any of the missions with achievements that you've missed!

  If you miss this achievement in career mode you can later replay all locations and co in free play mode and get your missed achievements there.
  
  The achievement description is very misleading! You have to clean:

  • The Main Deck
  • The 2 Steps
  • The Bow

  Only these 3 tasks. Everything else that has Deck in the name, like Bridge / Roof Deck, do not clean! Very important!

  After you finished the job, it is available in free play under location or vehicles.

  You actually have to:
  - Ignore bridge deck (which is called a deck)
  - Ignore roof deck (ALSO called a deck!)
  - Complete the Bow (NOT CALLED A DECK!!!)

  the achievement popped, i cleaned all the bow, then 2 sets of stairs then main deck, dont know if the main deck is needed or if it was just a delayed pop.

  I followed WelshBears' advice and it worked, you have to complete the bow, 2 steps and the main deck first.

  How do you unlock the fishing boat ive done up to th ancient monument but have not ulnock it im at 95% done
