    Just reposting from the 360 ver. since this achievement for the PC ver. don't have a decent solution here.

    "Go to chapter 2-1. Be sure that Sheva have no weapon and than kill every enemy until this guy in the video is the last man standing."

    PS: You need go to the cutscene, "call" and kill the 3 dogs. Once done that the Majini will stay on the video's position. Make sure keep calling the unarmed Sheva to stay close with you (If you're doing this alone) or the Majini will aim her instead you.

    Easy gamerscore.

    All you have to do is find a zombie with a crossbow (flame or no flame doesnt matter), preferably on his own, and have him shoot at you. Whip out your knife and time it right so that you end up hitting the crossbow bolt. Then the achievement should pop.

    Takes a few tries, but it is generally super easy. :)
