    Can get this as soon as you start playing Attack Vector. Spam cn_right and cn_A to shoot and spin your gun around. Wooguy Jr will spawn after a couple rotations.

    UnSYNCHaBleYou can do this at the main menu of Attack Vector. You don't even need to press a to start the game.
