This one is fairly easy and will come as you work on getting all 30 logs. Look for the bright yellow outline from your VISR system. Another thing to look out for is odd noises - car alarms, telephones ringing, change shooting out of machines, etc. These all signify a nearby audio log. Here is a map in case you want to go that route:
