I used the baseball bat and then tried the 'Guillotine' machete with no unlock.It popped for me when I got the long-handed hammer, dropped by an enemy and then killed them.Showing all 7 comments. Nothing. Notably my coop friend who was host got both cheeves using the hammer.Edit: I think the issue was with Game sharing. My friend, the host, had the dummy account with the dlc ownership set as home. After I found the "Stonebreaker" hammer in the first combat area (in a lootbox behind a breakable wall - u can't miss it) it popped.I think the baseball bat and guillotine don't count through a bug.
