From the FUT hub go to your squad By holding then press LT and down to custom tactics. You can change all sorts of things here like offensive style, defensive style etc. Change any of them and press to back out and save. The achievement unlocks when your back on the squad screen.

From the title screen go to 'Ultimate Team' then push to go to your 'Squad' page
for 'Squad Actions' then 'Custom Tactics'
From here you need to change any of the sliders on any of the tabs and then back out with after confirming your changes.

Simply load up FUT, go to your squad, click SQUAD ACTIONS, then CUSTOM TACTICS, choose any of the GAME PLANS and change the TACTICS within it. For example, add 10 to the width of defence or change the build up play to fast build up then exit and save changes.
