After collecting the WORF camera and placing it in the center of the "Destiny" - US Lab section of the map you'll have to take three pictures of the HTV which will unlock the Shutter Bug Achievement.
After that simply interact with the WORF camera a second time and after a minute you will see a spooky UFO float by, take a picture of it using
and the Achievement will unlock.
You can fast travel to the "Destiny - US Lab area by using the "Map" tab in your tablet. You can access your tablet by pressing
.
If you missed this Achievement earlier that's okay, you can come to the camera at any time to witness this random event.
