    On the Finale do not restart the generator and a wave of zombies keep coming.

    It will probably take 1-2hours to get the 5k kills using this method less if u have played thru the campaign already as u will have some kills done.

    Very late to the party but if you do split screen Versus and put the 2nd Controller on the infected team you no longer need to worry about special infected other than the Tank which you can kill before your 2nd controller looses control.

    FroZeNSouLConfirming what Dacius Decium said, i just completed both cheevos using their method.
    To Clarify this allows you to go AFK.

    L4D > "play Single player" > Expert > Crash Course > "2:The Truck Depot Finale" > Start Game

    Grab Shotgun & med pack > 1 shot on each Survivor asap before they use a Medpack or get each other up > 1 more shot on each to permenately kill.

    Grab SMG > Open Door > walk out to road > Shoot a few zombies until they run at you > run in safe room & shut door

    Back up from door maybe a meter & RubberBand LeftTrigger to melee.
    After a moment music will change as SpecialEffected Spawn & maybe 1 wave of hoarde.

    Now the RNG bit.
    @ this point sometime i had luck shooting the Smoker & Hunter, opening door to entice Boomer closer, running back in closing the door & showing my back to boomer, so hes sick on you.
    Hoard will come, rubberBand & melee, hopefully boomer will position itself where sick can reach you.

    What want to happen Boomer either stays right infront of door, but because his face was obscured by 1 bar of the door, he stayed there (normally runs away if look at him)
    Or he gets up on box on right & sick comes through door frame or wall but hits you.

    TIPs:
    -Move 1 to 1.5m from the door, then setup RubberBand to melee. I found several times the Boomer or Hunter got pushed into door & able to melee me. One time came back 3hrs later to find i had 1hp!
    -if do get hit, you have 4 medPacks.
    - Aim at head height at window, then melees will strike everything.
    -If nothing is happening before you go Afk, shoot Hunter & Smoker, Turn back on Boomer at window. If still nothing, run deeper into room & Boomer should run to door & puke on you.
    -If can see Hunter at door, just shoot bottom of Door & itll die.

    I managed to get this achievements same way i got the original genocidest, when in the saferoom at the start of the finale, on expert kill all bots and you can either do the next bit on easy or expert. Expert may make it quicker, not to sure. But try get the attention of a boomer by going in and out of the safe room and outside a few times, i usually got one when the first horde comes. when You have one just use an elastic band and just do the LT button, against the door with the boomer puking on you.
    The boomer sometimes walks away or stands in the corner and doesnt puke on you, but keep trying to get it right and you will.

    EmagDrolBotTook quite a lot of finangling the boomer. I ended up doing it on Easy. The key seemed to be to open the door and pull the boomer toward the doorframe. Close it before he enters the doorway. Now stand in the center of the door and melee to shove him away. From here on, don't move left or right at all or the boomer walks off behind the boxes on the right. Sometimes it would be a while between vomits, and sometimes the vomit missed me, but it always hit eventually.

    A really easy to get this is to play a Versus game with two controllers on the Finale chapter of Crash Course. Set your main profile as the survivors and the other as the infected.

    Simply make your way to the end of the level to the generator and climb up the generator pole. Infected should not be able to reach you up there. Killing all AI helps as well as you can get more kills. So start the generator, climb the pole, and fire away. It's best to use dual pistols. Do not restart the generator after it turns off and the horde will keep coming.

    As you're on Versus you won't have to worry about the Special Infected as they'll be idle on the other controller. However, make sure it's always a Boomer as when it becomes the Tank, the AI will take over whatever the controller had.

    I got about 300 kills in 5 minutes using this method.

    A good tip is to use the other controller as a Boomer and vomit on the Survivor every now and then so even more zombies appear.

    Shemp HowardThis is the way I got my achievement. There was a video up that was not very good, but it kind of showed the action. I may make a video and give you the link so you can use it. Just don't know if I have the time to do one anytime soon. This is the best way to get this achievement, and these also go toward the 53k kill achievement as well.

    Yeah, there used to a be video on here but it went when TA went down. Couldn't find it again afterwards either. But like you said, it wasn't great. It just showed someone on top of the generator pole; not actually how to do it. So I'd be extremely grateful if you were to make a video to add to this solution. Cheers :)
