    (MatthewMk2 isn't wrong but this is an expanded explanation)

    In this game, "obliterate" means to gib the corpse. You can do this with any weapon, even your fists (which you need to do for another ahcievment, anyhow). Simply kill an enemy, and if it isn't already gibbed into pink mist (which can happen, say if you charge your shotgun and hit a weaker enemy point blank), then keep shooting the corpse until explodes into a glorious bloody cloud of gore.

    GR34TD3STR0Y3RGib, short for giblets, is gaming slang for violently killing a foe in a way that blows them up or otherwise scatters their body parts.

    Hold LT to charge up your shotgun, a fully charged blast will obliterate weaker enemies. Shouldn't take too long.

    GR34TD3STR0Y3RI think "obliterate" in this game means making the corpse explode.
    So once you kill any enemy with any gun, just keep damaging the corpse till it gibs. Do that 100 times.
