    On my YouTube channel I've created a gameplay walkthrough video covering Chapters 16 and 17 of this game.

    Chapter 16 is another fairly short chapter. This mostly consists of a part where you run from cover to cover avoiding waves of rats. Following the rat waves you'll enter a sequence where you need to solve 2 puzzles. I'm reluctant to give away exactly what needs to be done for those who prefer to solve them themselves, but in short you need to do the opposite of what you'd usually do.

    In the video Chapter 16 lasts from the beginning of up to 27:15 minutes. Chapter 17 is the rest of the video from here.

    DjshepThis one didn't unlock for me and 2 replays of chapter 16 failed to make it unlock.

    I fully quit the game, cleared my mac address in the advanced network settings, relaunched it loaded the completed game file and it unlocked for me on the menu.

    I have no idea if the mac address thing helped but definitely try fully quitting out and relaunching as this may have been a quick resume issue.

    Afram64Just completed chapter 16 and this hasn't unlocked. Tried the above but no luck. Has anybody else had this fail to pop and then manage to fix it?

    Afram64Update to my previous comment, just did a full shutdown and reboot again and they popped on the second time of loading into my game save on the menu. Seems like this was an issue with achievements in general that happened at the time, going by some Reddit posts.
