I got this playing as Grambling State. No idea if this is the best team... all of the teams are equally awful. Play with two controllers on Freshman difficulty. The achievement will pop in the middle of the game.

#27 is your HB. Freshman Mode, Run Left, HB Sweep Left. On defense, Freshman Mode, Special Teams (ignore the fact that "Defend Meduim" is misspelled), Punt Return.

Your RB should be able to break through the line to the left. If you can, click the B button on your 2nd controller to move the defenders away while you're running. You should break some big plays doing this. There's your 150 rushing yards. (Also works well for the "Off to the Races" achievement.)

For your receiving yardage, it's going to be a bit more tricky. Your QB is really great at hitting your receiver's helmet, and your receivers are great at looking everywhere BUT at the ball.

Formation, Ace Big, WR Slant. On your 2nd controller, Punt Return, like the last time. Your RB should move left. Assuming your front line actually STOPS the punt blockers, you should be able to get the ball off to your RB. Assuming he actually catches it, you have a chance for some big gains.

Do not under any circumstances try a long bomb. This isn't Madden. Your QB can't throw it, and your WRs can't catch it, and your HB isn't qualified to be a WR. Okay, so that's exaggerating, but you're better off with the short out passes to the side. Better percentages on those passes.

Best of luck!
