How to unlock the 002 achievement

  Actions

  This achievement can be missed depending on which room you transport the fellow survivor into. To unlock 002 you need to start Act I, complete the Crane/Egg puzzle at the top of the lift and transport him downstairs. Once he's downstairs, use the tower in the middle of the room to change only the section of track closest to him. So he gets transported into the south-eastly room. The surgical procedure carried out in this room will sadly kill him, leaving his arm on the floor. The 002 achievement will pop when you pick up his arm.

  Where do u get health when trying to get health to enter level five?

  Thumbs up! You obviously put a lot of work and time into this and I appreciate that I was able to do a lazy playthrough because of it. The game concept is interesting, but most of the puzzles the general navigation, and the fact that you have to give it your best guess based on vague and weird things you encounter to figure out what is really going on, are beyond irritating so I can't imagine how arduous it must've been for you going through it to make the complete guide. Thank you!

  Thanks RegalOwlbear, it took me a few playthroughs to make it a smooth completion. Spent a fair few hours on those puzzles with no guidance

  This is unlocked in Act 1 by completing the Mine Cart Puzzle and progressing the story. To unlock, you need to kill the pod creature and steal its arm to progress. This involves completing the Pod Puzzle and adjusting the Mine Cart tracks to push the pod creature into the scooper room. Use the scooper machine to kill the creature and pick up its detached arm.

  You have to lower the individual with the mechanisms and send him directly to the room where there is the hanging shell, then he will be extracted and only one arm will remain.

  1st Achievement is the room with the saw, I just got it.

  Anyone know if you choose 1 or 2 does it continue for the other achievements,example I choose 2 will I not get 3 or 5 for example.

  @powershrooms No you will get all others trough your normal Playtrough.
