    Actions
    Non-missable story achievement when completing Act I-II. This act introduces you to the first weapon, found on a pillar in the first room. This is used to unlock the two consoles in the outer rooms. Fight through a few fairly passive enemies and plug three Cyro eggs into the tower to finish this act.

    AvitawayI have the same issue where it shows as unlocked but has not added to my score. GTAM I noticed you now have this complete did you have to do something to make this appear on your profile?

    *EDIT* Unlocking the 4th Achievement fixed it all and updated the timestamp for the 3rd too when I got it

    BrujeiraYeah, had a similar glitch myself but it was with 002. That was one of those things that righted itself after a few days but before that it would ignore every even numbered achievement until I unlocked the following one. Hope you haven’t had the same issue yourself - give it a few days?

    Story related and cannot be missed.

    After unlocking the door where you… needed a hand to do it, you take a lift up to a new section where you need to use a floating device to install three ‘batteries’ into a central pillar.

    One battery is available at the start while the other two are unlocked elsewhere in the level after you find the gun. Installing all three causes the ‘hazardous occurrence’, knocks you unconscious and unlocks the achievement.
