After you speak to Morgana in Rookie-Camp just go to the bridge where a dragonslayer will teach you to read somebodies mind. Press X as soon as you se the X-Button at the top and confirm. It just costs 1EP this time.

That skill is very useful everywhere in the game to get secrets or funny dialogues.
