In the middle of the valley near the tower there is a platform with some destroyed columns around where you have to fight 3 goblins. There are chicken running around. Kill the white one.

UPDATE: Make sure you speak to Casper to make the white chicken appear.
To find him head north of there near the mountains. He is walking around
with some chicken and he also acts like one...
